标题: <永洪tech>地图无数据区域的颜色设置和分割线的颜色设置
解决方法：

在永洪的安装目录Yonghong/Yonghong/bihome下的bi.properties里面添加参数：
map.empty.color=13322390
map.line.color=13884200
后面的颜色都使用RGB的颜色（中间无逗号）
