1.全日制硕士研究生毕业工作5年以上或全日制本科毕业工作10年以上，计算机、数学、统计学相关专业毕业；
2.5年以上大中型金融保险企业或头部互联网行业数据平台建设运营领域工作经验；
3.精通Hadoop技术栈、流计算、聚类分析、知识图谱等大数据分析技术；对常用数据挖掘算法和深度学习、知识推理等人工智能算法有深入理解，能够熟练运用统计学和机器学习模型进行建模分析；
4.曾担PB级以上大型数据平台类项目经理，主导过大型保险金融企业基础共享类数据平台、人工智能平台设计开发工作者优先；
5.具有国际化视野，有国际大型保险金融企业科技部门、数据分析部门工作经验者优先。

1.Major in computer, mathematics, and statistics and other related areas, and have worked over 5 years with a full-time master's degree or over 10 years with a full-time bachelor's degree;
2.Have over 5 years' work experience in the construction and operation of data platforms in large and medium-sized financial and insurance companies or leading Internet companies, and over 5 years'experience in enterprise structure planning and implementation;
3. Proficient in Hadoop technology stack, stream computing, cluster analysis, knowledge graph and other big data analysis technologies; have in-depth understanding of commonly used data mining algorithms, deep learning, knowledge reasoning and other artificial intelligence algorithms, and be able to use statistics and machine learning models proficiently to carry out modeling analysis;
4. Those who used to serve as project managers of large-scale data platforms above the PB level, and lead the design and development of basic shared data platforms and artificial intelligence platforms for large insurance financial companies are preferred;
5.Those with an international vision and work experience in the science and technology department of a large international insurance and financial company are preferred.
