职责描述:

Digital Strategy
        Scope and propose Digital ambition & strategy – integrate market insights/ trends & input on emerging priorities provided by Brand, DTO teams
        Drive collaboration and sync with all corporate strategy functions
        Develop new propositions & business models with market benchmark

Digital Roadmap & Tracking
        Translate digital strategy into digital priorities and annual digital roadmap
        Lead and drive digital roadmap implementation and transformation management plan across internal Digital and wider organization
        Drive cross-function program management. For each top priority, align scope, roadmap, team set-up & tracking with all internal, brand and other key stakeholders
        Define and track digital KPIs, aiming at digital acceleration & business growth

任职要求:

Competency / 能力       
1.        Extensive experiences of Digital strategy & transformation in retail/FMCG/beauty industries
2.        Strategic mindset with strong executional abilities
3.        Solutions orientation, adaptability and ability to deal with ambiguous situations
4.        Strong influencing and communication skills
5.        Teamwork within DTO team, across Shiseido China, and with global DTO
6.        Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
7.        Capability to reduce complexity and to identify / manage dependencies
8.        Initiative & entrepreneurial – take initiative and proactively seek opportunity for improvement
Qualification, Education, Experiences etc.
/ 资格证书・学历・经验等        1.        Preferred master’s degree in business administration
2.        Min. 3 years professional experience in multi-national business environment in retail/FMCG/beauty industries
3.        Solid end-to-end understanding of Digital, eCommerce, Data and Analytics, Omnichannel processes and systems
4.        Solid expertise, 3+ years, managing strategy development, change and comms process for topics within director or associated digital domain areas
5.        Strong communication skills – Fluent written and spoken in both English and Mandarin
