Purpose of the Position (Output)
Act as the Product Owner of Consumer Digital Platform, responsible for enabling multiple use cases to drive better consumer experience and commercial benefit to the company. Together with cross function teams, work on continuously improving and evolving the Platform and maximizing its value

Key Responsibilities (Process)
1.        Be accountable for the consumer digital platform success considering the value of building shared capabilities for supporting brands and total customer experience as well as addressing company goals.
2.        Be the business partner of brands, working with multi-brands and cross-functional teams at both management and employee levels for understanding the way and purpose of consumer engagement from different parties over the consumer lifetime, identifying improvement opportunity through the offering of digital capabilities.
3.        Define the mid to long-term vision and roadmap of consumer data platform. Identify and solve dependencies within and beyond platform area to ensure efficient delivery
4.        Co-design consumer journey with brand team, to land brand campaigns on platform, reflecting desired and advanced digital experience
5.        Act as the ambassador of platform, showcasing the key functionalities, drive product adoption and assuring operational excellence together with IT peers
6.        Drive the evolution of consumer digital platform backlogs in collaboration with brand teams, define the backlogs priorities in the platform area and influence dependent product backlogs from other area
7.     Monitoring, optimization and enhancement of the configuration, features and functionalities related to the Platform area
8.        Be able to define reasonable measurements for the platform performance from business perspective and lead platform evolving according to data insights
9.        Ensure platform is built with data security and governance to meet the organization's procedures, policies, and regulatory requirements
10.        Oversee the integration between all relevant stakeholders and third parties, represent the business for the platform, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders
-        ensure proper requirements are captured and translated into the product backlog according to the platform vision.
-        work as one team with stakeholders to guarantee deliverables with proper velocity.

Requirement (Input)
[Competency]
•        Good understanding of advanced digital solutions with hands on implementation experience in one of the domains including Marketing Automation Platform, Content Management, Consumer Data Platform, and Omni-Channel Management.
•        Comfortable working with enterprise-level platforms and technologies
•        In-depth understanding of digital products and capabilities
•        Good communication skills and comfortable presenting to stakeholders at various organizational levels
•        Solutions-oriented approach and entrepreneurial mindset
•        SQL language is a plus

[Qualification, Education, Experiences etc.]
•        Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or related majors
•        5+ Years’ substantial experience in 0 to 1 building of digital platforms
•        Minimum 2 years of experience as product owner in consumer related domain
•        Experience with dashboards, business intelligence tools, and visualization solutions is desired;
•        Ability to provide business requirement and ideally solution from an architect perspective
•        Practical expertise in performance tuning and optimization, bottleneck problems analysis
